Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) is a global movement. Both in Australia and internationally, health services and systems are exploring opportunities to move from a focus on the volume of services delivered, to the outcomes achieved, through a range of transformative programs and policies.
The VBHC Congress will bring together leaders from across the health system – clinician leaders, executives, senior managers, consumers, policy makers and researchers to showcase and share experiences.
It will feature international keynote speaker, Dr Sally Lewis, who has been been leading the national VBHC program in Wales since 2018, and is director of the Welsh Value in Health Centre.
Facilitated panel sessions will engage you in discussion that considers the latest evidence, showcases programs across Australia, explores the potential in emerging policies and examines the realities of implementing change across our services.
Presented by the Australian Centre for Value-Based Health Care in partnership with the Australian Centre for Health Services Innovation (AusHSI) and proudly supported by the Queensland Government.
